The rites are very important to most Chinese and they believe that their ancestors will bless the whole family in wealth and health too. Besides that, they will also burn paper, incense or firecrackers in common during this festival. Nowadays, QingMing is not only a festival to pray and sweep the tombs. So, what makes Malacca so special and famous? One of the reason could be the place, the wheather, the building or the people who live there. Out of these three factors, the people could be selected as the reason. The people who live in Malacca especially the one who live around the historical building like A famosa and Jonker street still keeping the old ways of living. Some of them are selling the porceclains and antiques, some of them are selling their artworks and some of them are running a restaurants. They all do these with passionate and it may be the strongest selling point they have. Although they don't have grand house or high technologies, they're still very happy with what they having now. They are not like the people who live in the city who are always feel unsatisfied with everything. Everything is preciousness to them and they are always appreciate with what they have now. Therefore, happiness will always stay by their sides. And these make Malacca different from others.
